Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S.A. and Underlying States)

All in-stock items usually ship same business day if order BEFORE 5 P.M. EST. All other in-stock item will be shipped the follwing day.

If you prefer a method other then UPS Ground, you can upgrade the shipping method during checkout. We offer the alternate follwing shipping methods using UPS below.

Shipping Cost & Saturday Delivery: All Shipping method costs are calculated in real-time during checkout by the UPS or USPS mailing system which is securley integrated within our website. The final shipping cost will depend on the shipping method selected and actual distance from origin to destination. We also offer saturday delivery upon request, please notify us  if you need it by saturdaty and we can arrange for an additional fee which will be calcuated over the phone. 

Shipment Tracking & Confrimation: A delivery confirmation tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. The real-time status of your order can be viewed at www.ups.com by clicking the link in the e-mail, once  the order is shipped; or by logging into your customer account control panel and viewing your order history.

Signature Confirmation: It's store policy to require signature for all orders ABOVE $100. If you are unavailable to sign for the package a note will be left by UPS requesting signature. Once signed, UPS will leave the package follwing your approval.. Customer is then responsible to make arrangements for pick up if final attempts to deliver have been made. The customer is responsible for signing for their package.

Please call our office to arrange shipping once your order is completed.

PO Box
When having your order shipped to a PO Box you MUST put the POST OFFICE'S physical address in the first address line and the PO Box number in the second address line in order to guarantee proper delivery of your order. Please note that if you fail to do this the package will be returned to our office and you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to ship the package back out.  

International Shipping (Outside U.S.A.)

International Shipping: We ship International to ALL AREAS outside the United StatesShipping costs are calculated in real-time during checkout. The shipping cost depends on the final address destination entered during checkout from shipping origin. Please note all in stock items ship within 24 hours. When the item is confirmed shipped, an E-mail with a confirmation tracking number will be sent to you via UPS, which your order can be tracked at www.ups.com - The available international shipping method is listed below.

  • UPS Worldwide Express - INTERNATIONAL ONLY - (2-5 business days)

Please Note: The Billing address must match Shipping address for ALL international orders. NO EXCEPTIONS!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO: All wigs will be shipped to the billing address to avoid fraudulent orders, which we do prosecute. For ALL INTERNATIONAL orders, you will need to fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form and fax to 1-201-934-7993. The form must include a drivers license, or the issuing credit card used for payment.

First time International credit card orders must fax/email a second proof of identity consisting of:

- a copy of your billing credit card statement (front and back - please cover the number of the Credit Card account on the statement) or a copy of an utility bill (gas, electrical,telephone);

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
