To ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase, ExcitingHair now offers hassle-free returns for eligible purchases, store credit ONLY. We are aware of the difficulty of purchasing a Lace Wig online without the opportunity of experiencing it first hand, so we offer a one-time return for store credit only. Please take the time to read the full details below of how returns are processed.
 

Return Policy on Stock Wigs

If for any reason you receive your wig and are unhappy with it, you may return it within 7 days of receipt.  Simply fill out the return order form, included with your order, and return the item to the address provided.  You MUST include the Return Order Form with your return.  When your return is received, we will confirm the stock wig is in new condition.  If the wig is in new condition, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and a store credit code within 2 business days. All returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  The fee will not be waived under any circumstances.

Requirements for Returns:-

In order for your return to qualify for store credit, the wig MUST be in unaltered, in factory perfect condition (for sanitary reasons).  For example:

  • No Lace or has been trimmed or cut from the unit.
  • No Adhesives or tape have been applied to the unit.
  • Hair has not been cut, trimmed washed, dyed, permed, curled, flat ironed, combed or finger combed.
  • Tags and original packaging are intact.
  • No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit.
All units must meet this strict criteria to qualify for a return and all returns will be inspected by our returns manager.. Eligibility is determined at their discretion.  Please Note: ExcitingHair reserves the right to refuse ineligible returns. Ineligible returns will be returned at sender's expense.
 
 
Return/Exchange Process
If your item qualifies for a return, as stated in the guidelines above, follow this simple 1-2-3 process to complete your return:
1. Fill in & sign the order form included with your order.
2. Ship the item(s) to the address provided on the form.
3. An e-mail with a store credit code will be sent to you within two business days.

 

 

Important Note:  Returned packages without the Return Order Form will not be processed. The returned item must have; the original hairnet, labels and tags attached, and most importantly, must not be altered in any way. Items that have been worn, finger combed or exposed to odors such as perfume or cigarette smoke will not be accepted. If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and will be mailed back at the sender's expense. Upon receipt of eligible returns, we will e-mail you a store credit code, minus a 25% restocking fee, that you may use towards any item(s) available in our store. Please note, store credit will expire after 6 months.

 

Any shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ship item(s) with shipping insurance as ExcitingHair is not responsible for item(s) lost by mail carriers.
Restocking Fee: All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the total purchase price. To avoid paying restocking fees, we encourage you to take your time choosing your lace wig. Before you purchase, take proper head measurements, to ensure the wig will properly fit your head. All our stock wigs are standard medium size with medium brown lace (unless otherwise specified) which suits a large range of complexions from Dark Brown to Medium/Light Brown

Returns/Exchange Policy for Custom Orders

Due to the nature of the item, ALL Sales are FINAL on custom lace wigs. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully.  Our factory will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settingsor photographs.
