- EuroTech Motorsports (ETMS) will ship all orders placed prior to 3PM EST the same business day. Any orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the following business day. - Order & Return Policy
- 1. EuroTech Motorsports (ETMS) requires payment at the time of checkout for all orders placed. *Some items purchased may be custom order and may require 4-6 weeks delivery time. Several items require a “core” charge. The “core” charge will automatically be assessed to the item during checkout. There will be two (2) options: a.) pay the core charge without returning the core (no refund) b.) sending in the core and being refunded the core charge (via method of original payment). Refunds will be granted within 30 days of receipt of the core. The core return must have minimal wear. ETMS reserves the right to reject, return, and charge the core charge if the item does not meet the qualifications (items will be inspected on an individual basis).
2. EuroTech Motorsports will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase listed on the bill of sale. All items being returned must be unused, or in the condition they were sent out. ETMS reserves the right to deny a return if it appears the item has been used. Prior to returning an item, an RMA # must be obtained by calling ETMS. Any item sent without prior authorization may be denied and returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.
3. Items returned to ETMS may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Some parts (products using the carbon lamination process) are sold on a core exchange basis. This means that the original part must be returned after installation of the carbon part. Usually, this is done where the original part is available to us only at a cost prohibitive price.
- Viewing Orders
- Once you place an order at Eurotech Motorsports you will receive and e-mail confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified.
- Updating Account Information
- Updating your account information is easy. Simply log into your account and update your personal address, payment, and personal information.
- Privacy & Security
- We hold your privacy in the highest regard. Any and all personal information gathered by Eurotech Motorsports will be used for fullfilling your order and communicating with you about said order. We do not share our customer information with any other company. Eurotech Motorsports does occasionally send emails to our customers detailing new products, events, and occasional sales. You may opt out of these when registering.
- Disclaimer
- While EuroTech Motorsports (ETMS) prides itself in thoroughness and accuracy, typographical errors may occur. ETMS reserves the right to amend any order with pricing discrepancies. Prior to making changes the customer will be notified. ETMS also reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
